If you'd rather not be recorded, tell us at the start of the call.

Our use of AI tools
We use AI tools to help draft pitches, summarize calls, research shows, and create content. When we use these tools with client information, we use business services whose terms say our inputs aren't used to train public models, where those settings are available. A person on our team reviews work before it goes out under your name.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send messages about calls you booked, events you registered for, services you bought, and occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We don't sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We share it only with the service providers that deliver our messages.
How we share information
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers who help us run the site and our business, such as website hosting, customer relationship management, forms, scheduling, email and text delivery, payments, meeting recording, project management, analytics, and advertising
- With podcast hosts, producers, event organizers, and media outlets, when you are a client and sharing is part of the service, such as sending your bio and pitch
- With your permission, such as when you agree to let us feature your results or testimonial
- If our business is sold, merged, or reorganized, as part of that transaction
- When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of PPS, our clients, or others
Testimonials and client stories
We publish client testimonials, case studies, names, and photos only with the client's permission. If you've shared a testimonial and want it removed, email us and we'll take it down from the site within a reasonable time.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy. That includes keeping client records for as long as needed to deliver services, meet tax and legal requirements, and resolve disputes. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.
