About PPS
The real experts should be the loudest.
The Podcast Pitching Society is a podcast placement agency that helps subject matter experts get booked on right-fit, industry-leading podcasts and turn that visibility into business growth. We work with clients around the world, and we're especially here for the hidden experts: Black women, women, and people of color who hold their industries up and still don't get the mic.
Meet the founder
Who started PPS?
Carrolee Moore founded The Podcast Pitching Society in 2024 and still runs it as CEO. She's the one on your decision call, your strategy sessions, and your podcast prep.
She grew up loud, curious, and very sure of her opinions, lost that voice for years after moving from Jamaica, and spent her corporate years tucked behind a persona that felt safer. Getting it back is the whole reason this company exists.
The mission
Who is PPS for?
Credentialed experts who are already good at what they do: consultants, founders, authors, and speakers, and especially leadership and B2B consultants. Their clients love them. The people who'd hire them next have never heard their name.
A lot of them are Black experts, Black women, women, and people of color. That isn't an accident, and we're not going to dress it up. These experts have been systematically and intentionally left out of the conversation while being the backbone of their industries. They've been told to keep their heads down and let the work speak for itself.
It doesn't, and it never has. What works is being loud with reputable names behind you, because that's very hard to ignore.
That's the "ex-Google" effect. A respected stamp opens doors, because people know those places vet who they let in. The same thing happens when an expert is a guest on a show their buyers already trust. Our job is to put that stamp on the people who've earned it, so the next generation gets to see people who look like them in positions of power.
Now is the time to step into full thought leadership. We'd like to help.
What we believe
PR is advocacy.
Most of the industry treats public relations as exposure. We treat it as a way to speak truth to the people who traditionally hold power, in business, at work, and everywhere else.
Visibility is power.
For people of color, and especially women of color, being seen is how you get a say. It's how you get invited to the table instead of reading about the decisions afterward.
Visibility without trust doesn't convert.
A big show alone doesn't move the needle. Prep, an offer built for that specific audience, and somewhere for listeners to go next are what turn an interview into a client.
Fit beats follower count.
The market is shifting from follower count to citation authority. A focused show your buyers already respect will do more for you than a viral clip.
Every interview should keep working.
A conversation becomes a transcript, clips, articles, and citations that buyers and AI search can find months later. Recency compounds authority. Visibility decays without distribution.
We don't phone it in.
White glove at every step, for every client. Nobody gets the star treatment while someone else gets less.

In a client's words
The right platforms, not just more of them.
"A lot more clarity around what the right fit and what properly positioned visibility looks like... not just getting on platforms, getting on the right platforms and having the right conversations."
