Agreement to these terms

This website, thepodcastpitchingsociety.com (the "site"), is operated by C. Moore Creatives, LLC DBA The Podcast Pitching Society ("PPS," "we," "us," or "our"). These terms apply when you visit the site, use our forms and calendars, download a free resource, or join one of our events. By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site or buy from us. If you use the site for a company, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.

Services and client agreements

Our done-for-you services, programs, and intensives are provided under a separate written client agreement or the terms shown at checkout. If those terms conflict with these terms, the client agreement or checkout terms control.

Descriptions of services on the site are summaries. The specific scope, schedule, deliverables, guarantees, payment terms, and cancellation terms are the ones in your client agreement or at checkout.

Prices and payments

Prices on the site are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. A price change won't affect a purchase you've already made. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, and you agree to provide accurate billing information.

Digital products and free resources

When you buy a digital product or download a free resource, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own business. You may not resell, share, or republish it, or use it to train AI models, without our written permission. Refund terms, if any, are the ones shown at checkout.

Results and testimonials

Content on the site is for general information and education, and it isn't legal, financial, or tax advice. Client results described on the site are real, but they reflect each client's own expertise, effort, market, and timing. They aren't typical results or a promise of what you'll achieve. Podcast hosts and other third parties decide on their own whether to book a guest, and what happens after an interview depends on many things outside our control. The only guarantees we offer are the ones written in your client agreement.

Our content and trademarks

Everything on the site, including text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, frameworks, templates, and downloads, belongs to PPS or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. The Bankable Authority™ Framework, Visibility Power Points™, Currency of Visibility™, Citable Expert™, and our logos are our trademarks. You may not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your business.

You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial use, with credit and a link back to the site. Any other use, including copying, reselling, republishing, or using our content to train AI models, needs our written permission. To ask, email support@carroleemoore.com.

What you send us

When you submit information or content to us, such as form answers, materials, comments, or community posts, you confirm you have the right to share it. You give us permission to use it to respond to you and to provide and improve our services. We won't publish your name, photo, or story as a testimonial without your permission.

Emails and text messages

If you give us your email address or mobile number, you agree that we may contact you about your request, your account, and offers we think are relevant. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, and you can reply STOP to any text to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

Using the site responsibly

You agree not to misuse the site. That includes trying to break or overload it, gaining access you aren't authorized for, scraping it in bulk, submitting false information, sending spam through our forms, or using the site to break the law or harm anyone.

Other websites

The site links to websites and platforms we don't control, such as podcast apps, YouTube, our community on Skool, and booking and payment pages run by our providers. Their terms and practices apply when you use them, and we aren't responsible for them.

Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise that the site will always be available, secure, or error free, or that its content is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, PPS and its owners, team members, and contractors won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the site or its content. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars. This section doesn't limit any liability that can't be limited by law, and it doesn't change the terms of your client agreement.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify PPS against claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or content you submit.

Disputes and governing law

If you have a concern, please contact us first at support@carroleemoore.com so we can try to resolve it informally. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless your client agreement says otherwise.

Ending access

We may suspend or end anyone's access to the site, our forms, or our events if they break these terms or misuse the site.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a part of these terms right away, we haven't waived it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time by posting a new version here and changing the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
