The challenge
Where was she when we started?
More than 20 years of Fortune 50 HR leadership, including GE and Citibank, and leaders coached in 50 countries. The résumé was never the problem.
Her message was. A women-focused leadership message was limiting her corporate sales, because it sounded like every other leadership coach in the inbox. And her older connections still saw her, in her words, "in the old way."
